High Pressure Gas Dehydration unit for natural gas processing
The high pressure gas dehydration unit is installed behind the compressor for high pressure gas.
The use of high pressure external electric heater makes the regeneration bed heating uniform and easy to maintain and repair. At the same time, multi-point temperature monitoring can prevent dry burning and ensure the regeneration effect.
Self-cooled heat transfer is used to preheat the regenerated cold gas after pressure reduction by using the hot gas of the regeneration tower. The purpose of cooling the regenerated hot gas and solving the problem of ice jam after pressure reduction is achieved. The regeneration temperature entering the electric heater is raised and energy consumption is saved in many ways.
The natural gas dehydration equipment has the below feaures.
1. The main valve of the process adopts the imported needle valve, the exhaust outlet is equipped with pressure butter valve, and the regeneration switching is equipped with air balance pipeline system, so that the air flow can be balanced and the service life of adsorbent can be protected from multiple angles.
(2) Dual drainage valves are used to ensure reliable drainage and no leakage.
(3) Adopt anti-icing plugging pressure regulation design to make the regeneration air flow more smoothly.
